You are responsible for your store and represent the company to the outside world

You ensure compliance with the guidelines and quality standards
You work closely with the Regional Manager and the HR Business Partner
You lead your employees fairly with a focus on their further development
You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere

YOUR PROFILE

Several years of retail experience on large sales floors
Confident with reports, KPIs and benchmarks
Solid experience in staff management and development as well as recruiting
Action-packed, outgoing leadership personality
Holistic thinking, hands-on mentality and process orientation
Affinity for modern technologies, software and systems
