Several years of retail experience on large sales floors
Confident in the use of reports, KPIs and benchmarks
Sound experience in staff management and development as well as recruiting
Action-packed, outgoing leadership personality
Holistic thinking, hands-on mentality and process orientation
Affinity for modern technologies, software and systems
