Your tasks as an E-Commerce Coordinator

Increase brand awareness and sales by developing targeted measures
Identification of business opportunities, risks, and growth potentials through continuous analysis of competition, product, pricing, and logistics
Adjustment of the e-commerce strategy to local market conditions
Achieve revenue and profit goals, and optimize conversion rates, average order values, and profit margins
Close collaboration with the e-commerce, marketing, logistics, operations team and the German management team

Your Profile as an E-Commerce Coordinator

Successful degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales, preferably in an international environment
Strong knowledge in data analysis, performance tracking, market research, and experience with Google Analytics 4 and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
Understanding of SEO and its impact on e-commerce
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in both German and English Fluent in both German and English
Desirable: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
